Come Tour Behind the Gates
Harris Homestead of FL, the farm that provides the fresh goat milk for Serenity Acres Farm products and where Serenity Acres Farm Soapery is located, is open for advanced reservation farm tours Monday to Saturday. Tours can be scheduled at 10am or 1pm. You will tour our beautiful farm, learn how we came to this point in our farming journey, and meet the goats aka The Sassy Squad. We will show you where and how all our products are made from the milk the goats give us. We have goats of all sizes from Nigerian Dwarf to Nubians and Saanens with all sizes in between. Visitors will take a hands-on fun, interactive, educational walking tour for a special peak into the behind-the-scenes of our homestead. If available, in the spring you may get a close-up look at our adorable goat babies. Tours begin with our goat pastures and see the chickens free ranging about. They include our hydroponic and raised bed gardens as well as the orchard and blackberry patch. The tours last about an hour depending on how many questions you have for us.
Bring the family, friends or field trip group. Have farm-ready footwear, clothes that can get dirty and an appetite for learning! In the Soapery you will also find our luxurious range of goat milk soaps and all natural body products to purchase.
The tour price is $7.00/person toddlers under the age of two are free.
